Description: This data package contains raw air temperature and relative humidity data. Measurements were taken from the K34 tower in Manaus, Brazil, from June 2016 to January 2018. The attached zip file contains one data file in both CSV and Excel file formats. Also included is a folder with metadata such as site information, equipment manuals, and description of the data. Related datasets with additional air temperature and relative humidity data, in addition to stomatal conductance and leaf temperature data also collected from Manaus, are listed under Dataset References. Methods Description: The data of Air temperature and relative humidity were obtained using a thermohygrometer (HC2S3, Campbell Scientific®) installed in tower K34 making a profile of (HR_: 20m, HR_2: 25m, HR_3: 30m). No data processing or QA/QC was done on the raw datasets.
