Description: This data package contains raw data from stomatal conductance and leaf temperature measurements from the K34 tower in Manaus, Brazil. Measurements were taken from two trees within the site area. The attached zip file includes two data files in CSV format. Also included is a folder with excel files containing metadata such as site information, equipment manuals, and description of the data. Related datasets with air temperature, relative humidity, and additional stomatal conductance and leaf temperature data also collected by NGEE-Tropics in Manaus are publicly available and listed under Dataset References. QA/QC: None

Methods Description: The stomatal conductance was measured using the equipment of SD-1 (Decagon DevicesĀ®, WA, USA) leaves in the interval of 10 minutes each hour throughout the day (between 6:00 and 18:00). Successive calibrations of the apparatus were (at least two) to avoid errors in the data collection according to the recommendation of the manufacturer. No data processing or QA/QC was done on the raw datasets. Processed datasets will be uploaded separately.
