Description: This dataset contains sap flow and dendrometer data from eight different over story trees located at the Forest Service TRACE project at Sabana, Puerto Rico (PR-Sab). Data was collected over the time period of 2015-10-07 to 2016-06-10. Two data files are included in the attached zip file in CSV format, Sab_DEN_Raw_CR1000_20160629.csv and Sab_SAP_Raw_CR1000_20160629.csv. Additionally, two metadata files are included in Excel format (Data_Column_Description_v1_PR-Sab_20160629.xlsx, which describes the formatting of datasets, and File_Submission_Metadata_v1_PR-Sab_20160707.xlsx, which includes details of both data files). The data set is unprocessed and includes missing data during periods prior to sensor installation and poor data during periods of sensor failure.
